Day of Commencement
Please note, you must apply, RSVP and complete the grad checklist to be eligible to walk at commencement. Be sure your profile is submitted and you have received a confirmation email.
Doors open for grads – 4pm
Arrive at least 1hr prior to your ceremony start time wearing your regalia. Enter through Gate C on the south side of the venue.
Doors open for guests – 5pm
Guests can begin seating at the venue. They should enter through Gate B on the north side of the building.
Doors Close – 6pm
You will not be able to enter the building after 6pm. If you are late, you can watch via the live streaming room.
Ceremony Begins – 6:30pm
The ceremony is estimated to last 1.5 hours. Grads must stay the entire time.

Event staff will be available to guide you. There will be signs directing traffic. Expect traffic delays in the city and arrive early!
