Registration
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes. Registration closes on 11/01, or earlier if the event reaches capacity.
What does my registration include?
Registration includes access to all sessions and the expo hall floor..
I need to cancel. Can I get a refund?
100% refunds are available till 11/01. After that date, 30% of registration cost can be refunded. Please reach out to support for more details.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
Badges will be printed onsite at check in. Please bring your ID and email confirmation.
Can I bring a guest?
All attendees must be registered. Discounts are available for registered attendees to add a guest.
Event
Is childcare available?
No one under age of 18 is permitted on the expo hall or conference. Childcare will not be available.
Can I make a donation?
Gamechangers is not an association and doesn’t accept donations.
How can I volunteer?
Please reach out to support to learn about volunteer opportunities. Limited spots will be available.
Can I earn CE credits?
Yes, all sessions are eligible for CE credit. Up to 8 credits total.
Are there meeting rooms?
Yes, meeting rooms are available for reservations. Reserve a time slot at the check in table.
Travel & Transportation
Airport
The recommended airport is Chicago O’Hare International Airport. We recommend arriving 12/14 or early morning the 15th.
Shuttles
GameChanger shuttles will be available at the airport on the 14th from 8-6 and 15th 8-10. Shuttles will be available every half hour to and from the Gardens for the fare-well reception!
